Life-
Well when you reach about 50, if you have not accomplished the
things you’ve always wanted to do up until then, you think about it, hopefully
make a plan, then go about doing those things.
I hit 50 last year, thought about it, made a few plans, then
did very little. Now I look at things
through new eyes. –Cancer-- Doctor’s did not give me an expiration date,
but I don’t want that – God’s in complete control of that. –But how do I make my life count for more
than what it does today? A question I
will ask myself over and over again, but with more seriousness now.
I intend to go places I have not gone, spend time with
people I love, take on hobbies I’ve always wanted to try, take walks, give and
get hugs, read books I always wanted to read and hold my new grandchild in
February. Yep – I have lots life to live. I do not want to just be a “couch potato” and
leave it at that. Thanks for joining me
on my journey.
